Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 36 hours or no-show on the day of your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged immediately. This does not pay towards any future rescheduled appointments. If payment does not go through or you refuse to pay, you will no longer be able to pre-book your appointments or be let go as one of my clients. I also understand that things change between confirmation and coming to your appointment. If you’re needing to adjust or change a service, please let me know 24 hours in advance, there’s no fee if you need to reschedule.
